“Couldn't deliver”

I have just had my three piece suite delivered and they took it back as they couldn't get the sofa through my door? My last suite was far larger and was taken out fine. They were not willing to wait five minutes whilst my husband came home to see for himself. As a result we have now been informed it will cost us a further 160 pounds for redelivery. And people read the fine print. When my husband said we would cancel the suite then he was informed that we were held by contract .? Feeling really depressed now, over 2500 for suite I haven't got, reading these reviews fills me with despair, now a further amount to pay and no seats to sit on...
