Santander is a large bank so they have many clients and this is they way they treat you, if this bank doesn´t really need you. The looks of the employees apparently is more important then their competence, difficult questions - which are not that difficult are being treated as annoying. I am sorry, but I would like to know what I am buying so I ask my questions. I do not recommend this bank for any purpose
