“FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR SERVICE - RUBBISH”

I recently returned a very important set of documents including Doctors Letters, Consultants Reports together with Completed Application Form for PIP back to the DWP in Wolverhampton. Because it was time sensitive, I decided to pay for "First Class Signed For" - what a mistake using Royal Mail was. The item was posted on the 4th January 2016 and eventually delivered 7 days later at it's destination. Now we have also exceeded the the time sensitive date of the 7th January when this document had to be returned by. Well done Royal Mail for putting us in this position. First Class is supposed to be next day delivery - NOT in 7 days time. Disgraceful service. I suggest that you take the Royal out of your title, as your service is most undeserving. RUBBISH!!!
