Ordered a comic,Haunted Mansion, for my son who had been looking for it for a while and was so excited he finally found it in this country, as he had only seen it on American websites. It cost almost £30, but he saved up for it and asked me to order it for him. Order was accepted, e mail confirmation received.Several days later, received e mail to say that order had been cancelled,with the excuse that supplier cancelled the order! Weak apology for 'inconvienience'.My son is devastated. I contacted customer service to ask why they advertise things that they can't actually supply, got e mail back again saying not their fault, it was supplier. Wouldn't give me suppliers details. Really didn't care that they upset a child!
Not the first time I have experienced problems with attitude of customer services. In the past they have taken order and money, then not delivered goods for months, due to supplier problems. They always blame suppliers. In my opinion, they should not advertise anything they don't have in stock or can be certain of getting. I have spent a lot of money with this company, but won't be spending anymore!
