“expensive but good service”

i needed my new phone unlocked and this seemed the safest way to do it. I felt a little deceived to find out that the 'pre-order' payment was only part of the total price, with an extra 40 quid to pay on top of that, but it was in the small print and i should have suspected something like this given it was called a 'pre-order'. anyway, the unlock was fast and its done now, so all good.
