“Understanding, empathic, kind and knowledgeable”

I spoke to a representative this morning. I had been dreading the phone call. I suffer from accute anxiety and am in quite a bad way at the moment. From the very start the representative showed compassion, empathy and kindness. He explained everything really well and did not rush me in any way or make me feel I was going too slow. I have no criticism to make at all - thats how good he was. I came off the phone feeling a deep sense of relief and as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The reoresentative had shown me there is light at the end of the tunnel and I feel MUCH more hopeful about the future. He explained things exceptioanlly well and was very clear about everythig all my optionsa. Very satisfied with the service I have receuved from the HB representative and wouldnt hesitate to trecomenr HB to others,
