I bought a Beko integrated Fridge freezer from Curry's the end of July 2015. I had them fully install the item,so all was well until December. The fan started squeaking,and i managed to drop a shelf in the inside of the fridge liner. I called D&G and claimed on their accidental policy. I was told an engineer would come out to inspect the fridge. The 15th of December an independent engineer came out to look at it. He was truly ignorant and said that i should buy some resin and fill the hole of the fridge liner myself. I was also told by him that he was not there to look at the buzzing fan. He did however tell me that my fridge installation was wrongly fitted,and this would blow the compressor within six months. He then shuffled off as he said he had a busy day.??
I called Curry's about the installation,called again to D&G and also Beko. I have been told twice from D&G that they would call me back,that was a month ago and still no repair. I have waited for hours and hours to try and get something done.
Beko have been great, but i would never ever use Domestic and General ever again. They just want your money,and then forget about you. I can get through to their new business line within 30 seconds,but try and get to speak to someone about a repair,then forget it. A lousy lousy company
