I went into Ealing M&S today for a refund. The lady that served me was impolite & short with me, because they didn't have the size that I needed to do an exchange she proceeded to tell me that I'd lost out! When the transaction finished she flung the receipt on the desk & said nothing!! Can I add that this particular staff member has been with M&S for 28 years, she should know better after 28years of experience! She knew shed been out order because as I walked away I looked back at her in disbelief, she was staring right at me just as she did when I was waiting patiently for my refund. I've worked in retail myself for 20years & would suggest to M&S that they review this staff members customer service skills. I walked out of Marks a little shocked at the service that's being given to the general public.
