“Customer Service appaling and expensive !”

Having recently cancelled my membership of this club, I have now received my phone bill which shows that I have had to pay an extra £10 on my phone bill for the privilege of cancelling. DW Fitness will not allow cancellation by any other means than a telephone number. I tried contacting them on a couple of occasions and was held in a queue for about 40 minutes before speaking to someone. After having looked at a few review sites, I have discovered that this is their common practice. this was not explained to me when I joined ...... Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!!!
