“Damage eyes by cutting corners with quality”

Staff think they are far better than the customers they SERVE, uppity and pompous, but you usually find that with people who don't really know what they are doing.
I was on their contact lense monthly scheme for many years, after going back several times with dry eyes and extremely irritable left eye (re-occurring about once a month) that caused me to have to stop wearing my contact lenses, and the optitions blaming everything from the type of contact lenses (I needed to get the more expensive ones!) to the solution, to an allergy I wasn't aware I had, I started to wonder about the quality of the contact lenses. They would not offer me any other brand than the CooperVision.
I then purchased contact lenses online, a brand I used to wear many years ago (standard quality) and tried them, only to find my vision, comfort and eye health was massively improved.
I cancelled my scheme with specsavers and have been wearing online purchased contact lenses for 6 months now with none of the dry eye problems I used to have.
I recommend that if you care about the health of your eyes you do not trust them to specsavers!
