We purchased a Tempur mattress several years ago and was pleased with everything, in June of last year we decided to purchase 2 adjustable beds, store staff very helpful, beds came,there was a small problem with one of them, we contacted store immediately,asking for someone to come to inspect, that is all we wanted, no response, we wrote, we emailed we telephoned head office, NO RESPONSE at all from anyone, very bad manners in any case, very bad customer services, we eventually out of desperation and frustration contacted trading standards, who advised contacting our credit card provider and the finance company, Barclays, they were marvellous and sorted out this problem for us, and kept us informed all the way by telephone and letter, had one call from customer services a couple of months back asking for photos etc of problem which we provided by return, after that one and only response NOTHING!!! Barclays in the end sent an independent trouble shooter round, and they sorted the problem out, took 5 mins!! so will never use Dreams again, will also never recommend them to anyone, before we were singing their praises and 2 friends bought beds from them, but we will NEVER AGAIN USE DREAMS or recommend them!!!
