Ordered the beautiful cupcake flower arrangement for my sisters 1st birthday as a mummy , it was from her baby , and what I recieved was absolutely terrible. It looked nothing like what I ordered and more like a five year old had done it. I've emailed Eflorist three times and spoke to them twice and all they say is that it states on there website that different flowers maybe used due to different seasons etc . I understand this ... But it should still look at least a little bit like the picture... I'm so upset by this company and will fight to get my refund from them ... I deserve it.. They cost me £40
