Bathstore arranged a delivery (Comfort bath, side panel, end panel, waste) on 5th January, then rang me at 6.30pm to say it wasn't coming. They then offered me 8th January but under pressure brought that forward to the 7th. Then today they made the delivery, but minus the bath. I reported this at 12.30 to the Croydon store, nobody called back. I called Croydon at 3.30, but the person dealing it was with another client and another person said she would call me back...she didn't. Then I spoke to head office at 4.30, they said they would look into it but didn't call me back. I called again at 5.20pm only to be told that there is nothing they can do because they shut in 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Poor customer service and they hide behind their ts and cs stating that "we told you not to book your plumber" basically the contract you have with them stating a delivery date means absolutely nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
