“OUTSTANDING ... truly outstanding!”

It's not just the great prices, speedy service - but the outstanding - and I mean outstanding - customer service that I received when I contacted Zooplus about a item that I needed to return.

The CS Representative was helpful, friendly and took ownership and resolved my issue.I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever of recommending and using their services in the future - a truly great experience.
