I am a builder, I stopped going to B & Q for a while now because of bad customer service.
I went 2 days ago and bought a roll of felt to refelt a shed roof. Took it back to the job then found it had been damage by a fork lift truck. You could see where the fork had gone right thought the felt. Go 15 miles back to B&Q but superviser only want to give me a third of my money back. I ask to Speke to the manager but they can't find him. I leave my mobile number and ask for a call back but same as usual no call in the last few days. The are much better places to trade in Norwich with much better customer care policies.
