“DISGUSTING UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR”

I have been appalled at the dreadful after sales service by Townends! Whilst they were fast and efficient at securing my business and taking my money - holding six months of rent in advance - they have refused to refund prepaid rent well beyond my exit date after notice was given. Surely there is nothing ethical about that? Is it even legal in the UK? I would not recommend them and am leaving my lovely flat because their service is so bad.
