“Online booking service”

This review is based on the online booking service.

I thought id save bothering the store and use the online booking service instead.

Having not heard anything from boots or had any email confirmation, i thought id better phone the store and check as it was the day before my selected appointment.

Guess what...no appointment had been made, and had to wait another week for the next available appointment.

What a waste of time...whats the point of having this feature.

I expected more from boots
