“Absolutely awful ”

Twice in the last month I have purchased items from Habitat only to be told two weeks after purchase that they don't have the item. They offer little to fix the issue and prove that they continue to falsely advertise their products to get custom but not to fulfil their promise as a retailer. Leaving customers waiting such a long time when they are trying to furnish a home, which as we all know is a very stressful task, is disgraceful and shows little respect for their customers. The most unprofessional on-line store I have ever purchased from.
