Placed an order on 08/12/15.
Received an instant email saying the order would be processed once payment was received. As I paid online by debit card, payment was instant.
I was charged an extra £5.95 for delivery. (This being an amount for which I would expect a next day or at worst 2/3 day delivery).
Over a week passed and I heard nothing and received nothing. I emailed to ask for a tracking number to check the delivery status, and was astounded to be told that the goods hadn't been despatched yet as they were waiting for stock.
(Nothing on the website said the goods were out of stock or else I wouldn't have ordered. No emails were sent to explain the non-delivery until I enquired.)
I was told I would receive the goods by the end of the week.
The end of the week came, and still nothing.
The following Tuesday I received an email saying the goods had been despatched, and after a further chasing email they arrived.
No refund of the hefty £5.95 delivery charge was offered despited the failed deliveries.
I wouldn't use this company again, and I would advise anyone else to avoid them.
