After 10 years of service I noticed that the a rubber seal on the top rail of my doors was frayed. My first thought was "what are the chances of the company still being in business and even if they are will they carry spares for a 10 year old set of doors" - I shouldn't have worried, I found the website very easily and e-mailed my request. I received a very helpful response the next working day offering me a choice of buying a new seal to fit myself (at a reasonable price), or arranging for an engineer to visit to replace the seal and generally check the doors over. I chose to buy a replacement seal - overall very impressed with the quality and speed of customer service response.
