Decided to go to Wolverhampton for a tidy which I explained to the stylist. I've been before and always felt quite pleased and felt that spending that extra money would be worth it. I took photos and explained that I only wanted a bit off the length as I was aiming for a long bob and just wanted a nice shape. I even said I like some length to be able to put it up for work and she initially showed me how much she was cutting which seemed fine. It wasn't until I got home and realised how much she'd taken off, I can barely tie it back its so short it barely holds up. How can you show and explain so much after bad experiences elsewhere and then end up with a terrible cut? I phoned and spoke to the manager and I am disappointed with her response, she said the stylist had explained to me what she was going to do but she obviously hadn't listened to anything I'd said. She just had something in her mind and did it. Terrible experience all round, it's really upsetting when they don't seem slightly bothered by how much it affects the way you feel for the rest of the week and until it starts to grow back.
