Just to say that I was a little dubious that this would work, and I have tried so many other methods that had temporarily worked but ultimately failed. After the session I had a few days of still not being totally convinced - with the occasional craving but they would very quickly pass, rather become an obsession as per normal. After the first few days it felt like I had cracked it. It's been three months now and I can honestly say I've barely thought about smoking, let alone have urges. I think I've finally done it for good. Thanks so much guys this was worth every penny!
