Don't normally write reviews but thought it necessary after the horrendous reviews this company gets. Been with Vodafone for 20 years, didn't offer any good deals to retain me so logged into Uswitch (Ofcom regulated website)to find a better deal. Saw this deal £31/month with O2, Iphone 6S 64gb, u/l minutes, u/l texts, 3gb data, £175 for phone (used techradar.com code and got £100 discount so only paid £75)what's the catch I hear you say?! Redirected me to mobiles.co.uk. Checked the reviews, normally wouldn't bother with how bad they sounded, but took a risk, used my credit card to pay for the phone (£75) and what's the worst that happens, I'll contact Barclaycard and tell them its a scheme. Email and text updates immediately, new phone arrived 2 days later, email from O2 confirming my account, all properly boxed and sealed, brand new phone, phoned O2 with PAC code to keep my number, a day later all up and running, no problems. From reading the reviews, if you have bad credit or no credit (i.e don't have credit cards you pay off monthly / mortgage etc)then don't bother, but I have to say my experience is first class. And no I don't work for mobiles.co.uk!!
