“UTTERLY, UTTERLY, UTTERLY USELESS”

I had to have my 12 year old American Cocker Spaniel put to sleep in mid
September 2015 I put in a claim immediately. After about 8/9 weeks I telephoned them to see what the delay was in settling the claim and they informed me that it was in hand and would be paid out shortly. Well I is now 4th January 2016 and the money has still not been paid. I conacted them again and they said it would be paid into my account within the next couple of days. The total vet bill was for approximately £415 but I will be getting only £165. I think they are an appalling company, and I would certainly NOT recommend E and L to anyone. I have now just purchased another 2 American Cocker Spaniels and needless to say I will NOT be insuring them with E and L - DO NOT REPEAT NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
