“Not at all customer friendly.”

The itenary given to us was completely opposite to what was given earlier. The vouchers were send at the last minute. No proper work was done by the agent. For 7 people a 6 seater car was sent. Nothing was was according to our wishes and demands. Above all, when complaint about the same, the agent replied utter rudely. Our car had to be stopped in the middle of the jungle because the agent hasn't paid the dues to the car company. Very much non-cooperative people.
