“Lovely staff at Halifax”

Love the classes. Very enthusiastic teachers. Staff on reception are lovely ,too, as is the hardest working person in the place- the lady behind the coffee bar. But she needs help. it is frequently very crowded and one person cannot do everything, no matter how willing she ,may be.

Some problems with booking classes. Certain times get very busy and it is difficult to get in. Then people leave the classes as much as 25 minutes early. They should not be allowed to take a place
If Qqthis is what they are going to do.
