“2 stars because of great customer service, otherwise 1”

terrible experience, we ended up having to get out after 6 hours parked at the airport thinking we would take off anytime. TMI given, we knew that one engine was broken and that we were going to fly with that aircraft as there were no other left, "this is the only way home". We ended up purchasing tickets with another aircraft company. On the good side, great and helpful customer service, but it's one of those things you really shouldn't need to experience.
