I am a current octagon customer. I had a crash on 15.12.15 and so far they have done nothing. I had to chase for a replacement car for 2 weeks. The soluciters for my personal injury never got in contact and i had to arrange this myself with a 3rd party. My car is still sat on my drive as after not turning up 3 times the engineers have not even looked at my car to date. Octagon never tell you whats going on never help and have spent my time trying to sort this out even though thats what i thought i was paying them to do. Yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for. My advice is spend the extra few pounds and go with a decent insurer.
