My wife and I recently moved to Chafford Hundred and were very excited to join the local Bannatyne's gym club, but when making an enquiry over the phone, we spoke to someone who certainly had no customer service skills or training and sounded very rude, also giving short NO answers to our questions.
For a well-known and prestigious gym, we were expecting a better service, it all starts with customer service. Reading the other reviews we are just another couple who are not joining...
May Bannatyne's Gym improve its customer service in 2016!
