I have been with them for a couple of months I don't mind the charge but multiple times I have rang them they say they will send over the email to a different department why can't u just transfer it . And second of all I only realised by chance there is a transaction that I don't know about and when I rang them they said fraud would ring me its been 24hrs so I can dispute it normal banks would do bit there and then
