Purchased car insurance august 2015 + received confirmation that meerkat toy was on the way, this followed by further emails saying that it was on its way via various exotic places purportedly. In response to recent query received standard email saying claim not valid. This is disgraceful behaviour + this counts as "false pretences" is tantamount by not fulfilling the promises already made.
