“Do not use! Damaged sink and terrible customer service. ”

Following a pretty average end of tenancy clean, these cleaners left a chemical on our sink which has left it covered in rust.

We reported it as soon as we saw it, which it being Christmas was more than 48hrs. I cannot believe how bad the customer service has been since then. They have point blank refused to even acknowledge our feedback, and have been rude and aggressive on the phone. It's has left me feeling pretty shaken and with a couple of hours cleaning up their mess to do (if indeed we don't end up having to replace the sink).

DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS!
