“awful attitude, was making up excuses not to do colouring”

i've been with supercuts for atleast 4 years - usually new street and colmore row. always loved those and left a good tip.
in supercuts debenhams (30th dec) hairdresser straight away refused me when she heard that i wanted t-section colored.(young slim brown skin lady with medium long blondish hair)i said i did skin test and im fine.
she- its not gonna be today,you have to call same day and say you are coming(You don’t even need an appointment,so drop in and refresh your look today - supercuts web page,same thing i was told there a week ago by other member of staff)
she- has to be after New Year
me- but you are open tomorrow,right?
she- yes
me- so i can call tomorrow?
she- its impossible to make it from 10:00-16:00 (t-section we are talking about)
me- last time it took me 9:00-14:00 full head
-no,have to be after NY
-why?
-because the only person who can do that is not working tomorrow.

my full head coloring usually was around 85-90£,+5-10£tip, i'd rather pay 150£ and be appreciated.
