Good Points
Keeps on going and going, 171,000. thousands miles, never missed a beat, very practical in estate form.

Bad Points
None really, but if you want to be a boy racer, look elsewhere.

General Comments
The Vauxhall Astra 1.7 Diesel is a good practical car, that still does over 43 mpg. Cheap to insure, cheap to run, it does everything it says on the label.
