“Incompetent rubbish”

Have been waiting for 2 months for them to replace my cracked windscreen as they are the appointed agents for the insurance company. Can't comment on the quality of their work, because they either turn up with the wrong screen of re-arrnage the appointment at short notice (4 times). I can't express my frustration and outrage properly, other than to say that they are incompetent and unhelpful and a disgrace.
