“Avoid at all costs”

I will never go with a "fly by night" company for the sake of £15 saved on an insurance quote.

Had my bike stolen. They have accused me of lying, accused me of giving the bike to a friend. They made me justify why it takes 24hrs to report a theft - some of us have jobs.

They have settled but for the wrong amount. I am looking forward to taking them to the financial ombudsman. I work in insurance, and cannot see how they maintain an insurance license with such a poor service. I hope for their sake that they settle correctly before the ombudsman is involved, otherwise I may make it a personal crusade to get them in as much trouble as possible with the FCA and Ombudsman.
