“TERRIBLE quality ”

Absolutely terrible quality. The sofas did arrive on time but after a week the top of the arms were going square and sagging. Requested them to come fix it. They arrived on time, ripped the bottom off, had a look and told me that this is what happens, then staples the bottom covering back on. This is what happens? what ? After a week?? Paid £1500 for rubbish. My old sofa lasted 12 years and lived through two kids growing up, i only got rid because the covers were tatty. I've had scs sofas for 4 years and am now having to fork out for new ones. The seats gone through and cushions sag and make the backside sore. Could have done with new ones after a year but after paying all that for this rubbish, couldn't afford and shouldn't have to! WONT be shopping at scs that's for sure!!!
