This is one customer, meaning me, who will indeed be shopping on the high street, and not... Not on the High Street (dot com)! I am truly disgusted that a seller could not see that the product we ordered was not for Christmas and should have been sent well in time, yet in the true spirit it was not; hence did not, and has not yet arrived (29.12.15)! This was a gift from my daughter to her mother, personalised to read "Merry Christmas Mum, Love You"... what more do you need? Needless to say, my daughter was very upset that it had not arrived on or by Christmas Eve, so we had to go to the High Street proper and managed to find something, which ironically my daughter was made-up with and proved to be a better gift for her. My order with Not on the High Street was made well before Christmas. Yet, it was days after that I received an email stating my order had been accepted, not that it had been sent. What is this "acceptance" - should I feel privileged, or patronised!? And further to this, I then received an email confirming it had been sent, over a week after my order and on the 21st December, which meant there was no way it would be here for Christmas, or indeed by the 22nd as declared by the company. My advice is that if you find yourself wishing to buy something from Not on the High Street for Christmas 2016, or their affiliates, then order now! As for me, when my item does arrive, probably in 2016, it will be going into the bin, as it and the message it conveys are now redundant!
