“New kitchen for Christmas”

We initially approached Optiplan four years ago whilst considering a new kitchen. Their professionalism at the time made our decision an easy one to choose them when the time was right for us to install and plan our kitchen. In the showroom, nothing was too much trouble and the person I dealt with gave us some good advice for our kitchen planning. We did end up choosing something completely different to what we had originally had in mind and we are delighted with the end result. It is very easy to find faults in a product/service and if we had to nit-pick, then the installation was the only headache. We did not know until the Weds before when rip out would start the following week. Due to complications in booking annual leave at work, we had to book a whole week off which meant as work did not start until the Weds a couple of days were wasted. We also had to chase the builder on numerous occasions. It would have been nice for the Optiplan installation team to coordinate this all for us. The surveyor was excellent and the fitter was superb. We felt the rip out cost in comparison with the fitter cost was overpriced. Overall a 4* score, if installation had been smoother and easier then a 5* review would have been given. We chose a Shaker Kitchen in Mussel with Jacobi Laminate worktops.
