“house good,garden shambles”

Hi.just got our keys from persimmon last week.looked round house seems to be what they said on the tin.GARDEN.Couldnt believe the state of the garden it just looks like a bog on a slope.We were promised a tiered garden,They said at the time of showing that the garden would be the same as the show house.when we went to pick up our keys the manager said his md had decided to change the plan of the garden 5 months ago without even a word to us about it.Im sorry,but that was the clincher for me the garden,but then to be told on keys date that it had been changed without even a word.All I can say is shambles,really is think twice before u buy.
