“They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN...”

They have taken money out of my credit card AGAIN after I complained last year and received the reply "you must have ticked the 'automatically renew membership' button". WELL I DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!!!! Go on their website and there is no way to untick it, in fact I can't even find it. I have '1 year's membership' ticked. Like others have said, send them a message and they don't get back.
