I bought a PC in May 2011, spending over 2000 pounds on a decent spec gaming rig. At first things went well, they tested the machine and found that the power supply was insufficient, and recommended a replacement. Phoning to get a delivery date, the person on the other end had a bad attitude, almost saying that Computer Planet were doing me a favor by taking my business.
Ok got the computer, all worked well for a couple of years. Then the PCIE SSD failed. Had a lengthy battle with CP to get a replacement, just sent one in a box.
And now the GPU has failed. Asked for advice, was told ´get a new one´ No attempt at all to provide help or further diagnostics with what was a very very expensive GPU. Fine, I will do so but that is the end of my dealings with Computer Planet, just at the time when I am going to buy a new PC for my wife. Way to lose a sale.
