“Money Paid No Mattress Delivered... Shocking!!!!!”

Ordered mattress on 19-Dec-15 with an expected delivery date of 22-Dec-15. No one called, texted or bothered to get in touch regarding my order status. I contacted them on the 22-Dec-15 about 3pm to find out where my order is, received what seemed to be an automated response confirming my order would take place either tomorrow or the day after. 'Hang On, delivery should be today' so I started searching the web for a phone number, found about 6 different numbers all listed below. all 4 number beginning with 03 are having technical issues with their phone lines the 08 number does not work completely.

- 0844 931 1005
- 0778 620 0690 (this number texted me to confirm my delivery would be arriving 22-Dec-15 (not work to say the least))

All 4 numbers beginning with 03 are having technical issues with their phone lines, the 08 number and the mobile number does not work completely.

Needless to say tried calling the following day same technical difficulties still exist, I have now requested a full refund as I do not like waiting around for goods purchased, apparently this will be with me in 5-7 working days. Fantastic as now I am a few hundred quid down at Christmas as a result of this disgusting business.

My advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE they are terrible.
