“Dire customer service”

argis direct- don't bother. Ordered a bed 19 November 2015 for delivery 20 December 2015. They phoned 19 December to say stock issues so couldn't deliver. "Just phoning to see what date after Chrustmas we can deliver?" We told them they couldn't. Family visiting at Chridtmas so it was needed before Christmas. Why so late in telling us? "we only just found out" Sorry , 24 hours prior to delivery? Don't believe you! Couldn't contact by phone to complain so emailed to ask for tel no to cancel Argos card. We were given number but on calling it a "lady" says" what you ringing me for? I do orders only. " we say that this is number given. " well we can't have a number for everything or we wouldn't get anything done would we? Do you understands that? "
Great service ! Won't be dealing with you again!
