I placed an order on 9th December. It was cancelled by the Entertainer on the same day as they did not expect stock to arrive (despite promising a 3 day delivery.) They debited my bank account on 10th December despite having cancelled the order.They did not contact me at all and when I finally rang them on 14th December I was told a refund had been made. I emailed their customer service dept. on 21st December only to be told they had made an error and I had to wait for their head office to correct it which might mean a further 10 day delay before I received my refund. If I can pay my debts instantly on-line via my bank why does it take up to 30 plus days to get a refund from them. Disgusting service.
