“SOLANA APARTMENTS POERTO RICO GRAN CANARIA”

I would never recommend Love Holidays to anyone and it would be the last time I book with love Holidays. We were prepared for at least hour transfer from Airport to apartments it took 3 hours, no one in reception to great us a note on the door saying our key was in the door, far two many steps for us to get to apartment, tv only had 4 channels non English at all, next morning I took our passports to reception and asked if we could be moved nearer the top he said to come back next day as everyone is asking the same question, we asked if we could get more channels on the tv and he never knew we had a tv in the room and said no that's the only channels we can get.Then we had to call to see about our transfer pick up back to the airport, There should at least be a kettle, toaster in each room without having to hire those it is just a farse, so in my opinion we will never use Love Holidays again,
