“don't buy from mattress world”

They advertise next day delivery - don't believe this. I ordered 4th December and 3 weeks later no sign of the
mattresses. They don't answer the phone if you can get through and today they have a voice message that says there phone is broken and they can't take any calls. However they are adept at emailing you new to discounts if you buy again - if only they put as much effort in delivering on the first order!!! I speak frequently at seminars on service and I will use this company as an example of the worst service I have received - at least I get a case study but I really wanted a mattress. Looks like my guests will sleep on the floor this Christmas.
