“Excellent company, service and staff, always so efficient.”

We have booked our cars in Alicante with Drivalia Car Rental for about four years, we have seen them grow as a company but this has not decreased their service to the customer, if anything it has improved. I feel they put all new staff through intensive training as they are of the same high calibre as the long term staff, friendly, helpful and very welcoming, they make me feel as if I was arriving home not just starting my holiday in the hire car office.
When we book our flights to Alicante I send Drivalia Car Rental an email giving my flight details and request a vehicle, they reply with their availability and the price which is always very acceptable, once I have accepted the quote they send me the confirmation.
We turn up at the airport and most times the driver is waiting for us, with a warm welcome, he delivers us to their office where we are warmly greeted, checking in is always so easy and fast and the same on our return.
So sorry, but I cannot think of a bad trip or experience with Drivalia Car Rental.
