“WARNING PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

I have only given 1 star as you cannot give none!
I posted my fully working phone, with one tiny mark on the top edge, off to them in its box with charger and cable as they had offered me £51 for it, there were tick boxes if you sent the original box and charger, they claimed you may get more for your phone. I then got an email to say they were only going to pay £20, but would give no reason for the low price, even after sending 2 emails to ask why. They revised their offer to £35 but I asked them to send my phone back as I could get more for it elsewhere.
My phone came back on its own, in a plastic bag, not in its box and without charger and cable, so they kept my property. I have emailed them, and tried to get through on the phone, but after half an hour being the 1st person in the queue, listening to their music, I gave up! I emailed them to ask for my property back and after a couple of days, they emailed back to say they could not help me and that they had been destroyed! Further emails went back and forth and I got nowhere!
I am very angry that they could get away with treating people like this and making false offers that they have no intention of paying.
APPARENTLY I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH THEM.
DO NOT USE THEM.
