“I was conned into buying this Siemens M35 mobile phone...”

written by Rhys on 24/01/2004

Good Points
There are only two good things about this phone. Firstly, it can be programmed to switch itself off at a pre-determined time. Sometimes however it switches itself off at other times without you realising, and the only way to start it again is by removing and replacing the SIM card and battery. Then you have to re-set the clock. The other good?? point is the ease at which an SMS can be written. BUT if you want to write a message in another language you have to change the language of the phone. This is a complicated procedure since the menu is totally stupid and illogical.

Bad Points
This is probably one of the most badly designed mobile phones ever. Everything about it is horrid. It's a waste of time listing all its bad points. This phone is absolute rubbish.

General Comments
I was conned into buying this Siemens M35 mobile phone by an item of misleading junk mail by Itineris (AKA Orange). I sent away for it and when it arrived I was so disgusted with it I wrote asking for my money back. They refused, pointing out the small print! I hated this phone from the first day. It was an absolute nightmare and although I tried I was never able to get used to it, then one day, shortly after the guarantee had run out, it gave up the ghost.
